Right to life? What c/overt hypocrisy! Do these people think we are all stupid?

VHeadline.com commentarist Oscar Heck writes: I was astounded by the recent news published on VHeadline.com about how the Inter-American Human Rights Commission (IAHRC) is apparently openly supporting the negative comments from Venezuela’s "NGO," Venezuelan Observatory of Prisons (OVP) … and how the OVP is seeking the backing of the IAHRC.

VHeadline.com’s news article states: "The Venezuelan Observatory of Prisons (OVP) highlights the importance of a statement from the Inter American Human Rights Commission (IAHRC) to the Venezuelan State regarding personal integrity of prisoners in Venezuela … The IAHRC has called on the Venezuelan State to do something about the situation and Prado feels it is a step forward. OVP has joined other NGOs in sending a report to the IAHRC, requesting respect for human rights and freedom of expression in different areas of national life."

Prado is apparently the head of the OVP and states, according to the VHeadline.com news article (and according to my understanding of the article - even though it makes no difference if the statement comes from Prados or from the IAHRC): "The State has ultimate responsibility because there is a complete violation of the right to life."

Right to life?

The IAHRC backs the OVP? And … the OVP seeks backing from the IAHRC?

What c/overt hypocrisy! Do these people think we are all stupid?

According to the IAHRC’s website : " WHAT IS THE IACHR? The Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) is one of two bodies in the inter-American system for the promotion and protection of human rights. The Commission has its headquarters in Washington, D.C. The other human rights body is the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, which is located in San José, Costa Rica. The IACHR is an autonomous organ of the Organization of American States (OAS). Its mandate is found in the OAS Charter and the American Convention on Human Rights. The IACHR represents all of the member States of the OAS. It has seven members who act independently, without representing any particular country. The members of the IACHR are elected by the General Assembly of the OAS. The IACHR is a permanent body which meets in ordinary and special sessions several times a year. The Executive Secretariat of the IACHR carries out the tasks delegated to it by the IACHR and provides legal and administrative support to the IACHR as it carries out its work. The mailing address of the Secretariat is: Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, 1889 F St., NW, Washington, D.C., USA 20006. E-mail: cidhoea@oas.org Telephone: (202)458-6002, Fax: (202)458-3992."

The IAHRC is a branch of the OAS (Washington-based as well). On the OAS website’s list of "NGOs" we find the International Republican Institute (IRI) and the NDI (see below), basically CIA fronts for the US government. We also find the NED (described later in this article).

According to the IRI website : " "Let us now begin a major effort to secure the best -- a crusade for freedom that will engage the faith and fortitude of the next generation. For the sake of peace and justice, let us move toward a world in which all people are at last free to determine their own destiny." These words by President Ronald Reagan in a 1982 speech before the British Parliament were the inspiration that led to the establishment of the International Republican Institute (IRI). In his historic speech, President Reagan set America on a course of assisting those who wanted freedom and democracy around the world. Quoting the United Nation's Universal Declaration of Human Rights, he stated "we must be staunch in our conviction that freedom is not the sole prerogative of a lucky few but the inalienable and universal right of all human beings." Congress responded to President Reagan's call in 1983 when it created the National Endowment for Democracy to support aspiring democrats worldwide. Four nonprofit, nonpartisan democracy institutes were formed to carry out this work - IRI, the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI), the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), and the American Center for International Labor Solidarity (ACILS)."

If one researches further (which I have done in the past, and if I remember correctly), the IRI and the NDI were created by Regan when the US government made it illegal for the US government to directly fund CIA covert operations abroad. The IRI, the NDI and several other concocted c/overt "NGOs" were created to enable the CIA to continue its dirty operations "legally."

This is not a joke!

The Washington-based National Endowment for Democracy (NED), mentioned above, is also listed on the OAS website, and is another CIA front set up by Regan (in the same era that he and others, like Oliver North, supported by the ACLU -- also listed as and "NGO" on the OAS website -- were assassinating hundreds of innocent people in Nicaragua, financing the anti-democracy Contras), and (the NED) finances the IRI, the NDI, CIPE and ACILS (all mentioned above on the IRI website). These "NGOs" in turn financed the three main Venezuelan organizations which led the violent-ridden and violence-promoting, coup, sabotage and/or sedition of the country in 2002-2003, against Venezuela’s democratically-elected president Chavez:

FEDECAMARAS (Venezuelan Federation of Chambers of Commerce),

the CTV (Venezuelan Federation of Trade Unions) and

Sumate (Venezuelan anti-Chavez organization).
Here is a small portion of the proof (the tip of the iceberg), taken from the NED website. Note that the ACILS (below) was one of the CIA fronts created under Regan. CIPE (below) is also a CIA front created under Regan. And so is the NDI (below).

This is not a fantasy or a coincidence.

It is real, and anyone with a computer and internet (and lots of time) can confirm the information contained in this article by going to the appropriate websites:

In conclusion, why would I or anyone believe anything that the OVP says about Venezuelan jails when they are so gung-ho about being supported by the Washington-based IAHRC, which in turn is a branch of the Washington-based OAS, which includes, on their list of "NGOs," the CIA fronts, the NED, the NDI and the IRI, all of which financed the violent and criminal opposition to Chavez?

It doesn’t make sense.

Is the OVP yet another instrument of Washington … bent on creating even a greater false negative image of Chavez just prior to the December 2006 presidential elections?

It certainly looks that way to me … yet other US-backed, Washington and USA-loving Venezuelan traitorous sifrino (snobbish) organization which comfortably calls on the supposedly goody-two-shoes Washington-based IAHRC, an organization that hasn’t got balls of a 2-year-old to bring the president of the USA, one of the most violent and dangerous criminals in history, to the IAHRC’s court, a court which supposedly exists to stand up for human rights abuses … for "the right to life."

This is not a game … it is real … and the players behind it all (at the IAHRC) are using your hard-earned tax money to pay themselves and their without-conscience collaborators high salaries and all-expense paid trips all over the world, to talk (bla-bla-bla) about human rights abuses … while doing nothing about it … whilst the biggest human rights abuser (Bush) is there, right under their dirty noses, in Washington, perhaps only a few blocks away from their offices, the offices which the OVP looks so forward to receive US-style "human rights" blessings from!

Gutless people!

Oh, yeah … I forgot, these spineless creatures get paid. I am lucky … I can speak of the truth … because I don’t get paid (bribed!) … thanks to VHeadline.com and to VHeadline.com readers worldwide.

Wait a minute!

As I write this article, I am researching … and guess what I found!

The following is an excerpt from a US State Department article (2005): "In July a Caracas court ruled that SUMATE leaders Maria Corina Machado, Alejandro Plaz, Luis Enrique Palacios, and Ricardo Estevez would stand trial for conspiracy to destroy the country's republican form of government. The charges were based on the group's acceptance of funds from a foreign source. Domestic and international human rights groups criticized the ruling. The trial start was delayed until 2006, and the accused were free pending trial at year's end … Several human rights NGOs received threats and intimidation by government representatives and supporters … In January Venezuelan Prison Observatory Director Humberto Prado received telephone threats after he announced his solidarity with prisoners engaged in a national hunger strike (see section 1.c.). … In November the interior minister responded to criticisms made by Venezuelan Prison Observatory Director Humberto Prado with a personal attack on Prado's character. Minister Chacon told the press that he had concerns about Prado's alleged mistreatment of inmates during his tenure as a prison director in the late 1990s. Prado stated that he was unaware of the complaints and publicly questioned why he had not been previously informed of their existence."

Oh! We now have more confirmation that this Prado character is somehow linked to Washington. Note that (by chance?), Sumate, also financed by the NED, is mentioned in the same article.

Coincidence? No way! We aren't that stupid!
