Are You Next?

Age of Reason

It's been a while since I have written anything to my colleagues and compatriots in the Texas Nationalist Movement to restore the Republic of Texas. The controversy that erupted a couple years ago was hard for me to fathom or swallow.
Those that did not 'see' or 'hear' what I was saying are now beginning to realize I didn't lie to anyone. I told you the hard hitting truth. Sure, you may not have liked what I was saying, but it was fact and truth. The handwriting on the wall was obvious to me then, and fulfillment of the message appears to becoming a fact too.

Through two radio broadcasts, one from Carthage and one from the internet we know that search warrants were processed against people across North and East Texas. I don't know what those warrants entailed or everyone they were processed against. I am fairly sure of one person, and that by deductive reasoning.

I warned all people in the Republic of Texas to stay away from using certain documents that purported to be copyrighted names, home-made bonds or any material that attempted to draw funds from the U.S. Treasury. This was based on ongoing arrests throughout the United States and postings on the internet by the U.S. Treasury, at the time.

People subsequently expelled from the Republic of Texas were advocating using these fake documents for all kinds of debts. It is a crime to attempt to defraud the U.S. Treasury of monies and funds, especially if you are claiming to be a citizen of another country. Current events PROVE this as Bush has accused North Korea similarly. These people were mixing patriot philosophy, with Republic of Texas goals, with a twist of religion thrown in, to defraud another nation's treasury. In the end, these criminals were duping you into 'believing' their con.

The Republic of Texas would not allow a US or a Republic of Texas citizen to defraud its treasury. This is theft and it is a crime! It is no less a crime to defraud the U.S. Treasury, regardless of how many times the name of the lord is invoked.

Each one of these documents that were filed and any document leading up to pretending that such was a valid instrument is a crime! Each document filed would be a separate criminal count. I think the crime can be given up to 10 years in prison for each count. This is what is holding McLaren in prison today!. It wasn't his attempts to free Texas, it wasn't his standoff in West Texas, but his alleged crimes of fraud against the U.S. Government. Time will tell if McLaren was right or wrong, but in the mean time he is in prison.

Personally I'd rather McLaren be outside here with us fighting the good fight, than having to fight for his freedom.

How many similar papers have you filed that purport authority to take or divert funds from the U.S. Treasury? How many home-made bonds have you sent out? How many times did you threaten and harass someone with a totally illegitimate claim of copyright on your name?

From the names that one radio show revealed, as being under those search warrants, it could very well be that this kind of illegal paperwork, claiming something you have no right to under law, that is being investigated. Proponents of this illegal activity will not be around when you go to court or jail… They will probably be behind bars themselves. Further, no amount of invoking Jesus will stop the wheel of justice or injustice from being poured out. I think if Jesus were here to talk to you, he'd tell you this very same thing.

How many of these papers have you sent out? If you were sentenced to 5 years on each count, how many years in prison are you looking at? If you only sent out 10 you would be looking at 50 years in prison. The feds might even be looking at this as an organized plot of terrorism against the U.S. Treasury!!

Can you afford to be involved even in a conspiracy to defraud the U.S. Treasury? Like McLaren, that alone might get you 30 years behind bars.

Is it worth losing your personal freedom, losing the ability to advocate a free Texas, over ill-advised and illegal paperwork?

None of the Republic of Texas people can claim ignorance. None of the defectors and criminals that ended up in the so-called 10th Congress can claim ignorance. You were warned in meeting after meeting, on the internet, in our newspaper, and even with a State of Texas court ruling about such fraudulent paperwork.

The question is now do you accept facts, the handwriting on the wall so to speak? Or do you continue to remain blind, following self-appointed demi-gods that espouse their own self-proclaimed knowledge of law, when they are really ignorant of the consequences of their teachings, and how they could put even the students of their heresies behind bars?

These cons pretend to know all about law, when what little they know will land you in prison. They tell you to argue jurisdiction, but fail to mention to you the laws of 'enforced jurisdiction.' Enforced Jurisdiction is what the United States has and the Republic of Texas does not have. All other patriot jurisdictional arguments really become moot without 'enforced jurisdiction.'

You can be right as rain, 100% valid in your argument, but the 'enforcement' cannot be overcome until a recognized election to remove Texas from the United States happens on the political front, forcing the US to withdraw its enforcement capabilities.

Have you risked your freedom through false teachings of false prophets? Did they use a religious slant on paperwork, to give it the appearance of integrity? Did any of the paper work actually work-- (I know the answer is NO!)? How many years of your life have you gambled with by listening to false teachers?

Now what are you going to do? I can't visit all of you behind bars...

L. Savage
