A radical, fascistic outlook is pervasive in America, even overwhelmingly accepted and embraced by those who are completely unaware of its meaning, nature, relationship to Adolph Hitler's Regime and its leadership's goals for America.

How Antonin Scalia Displays Disrespect for The Church, The Constitution, Bill of Rights, and God
It probably wouldn't have been so bad if it had happened in an alley, a neighborhood bar, or a casino, but exacerbated by his public displays of piety, his preachments that Jews Are Safer With Christians In Charge, his voting record in court, is diametrically opposed to the life and teachings of Yeshua Ben Yoshua (Jesus, son of Joseph, of Nazareth), Further, in Scalia's arrogance, when he appears to be trying, always, to gain the approval and complimentary guffaws of his Mentor/sponsor, puppet-master, King, Dick Cheney, has been displayed prominently, makes him (Scalia) appear the sycophant.

Right now, there is this controversy concerning a gesture and inappropriate langauge for the place and time, made by U.S. Supreme Court Justice, Antonin Scalia on Sunday at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross (Boston, Massachusetts). A freelance photographer employed by the Archdiocese of Boston, took a picture of Scalia, which the Diocesan newspaper declined to print. Instead, then, Peter Smith, photographer and Assistant Photojournalism Professor at Boston University, published it with the Boston Herald.

Here is Smith's version of what occurred, though Scalia denies it: "It's inaccurate and deceptive of him to say there was no vulgarity in the moment," Smith said. Smith is referring to Scalia's claims that his Sicilian gesture was not offensive and was inaccurately characterized by the Boston Herald as obscene. Smith, however, says, that the newspaper "got the story right."

According to reports in various media, Smith said the jurist, "...Immediately knew he'd made a mistake, and said, 'You're not going to print that, are you?' " Afterwards, Scalia's office referred all questions regarding the incident to a Supreme Court spokesperson named Kathy Arberg, who said that a letter Scalia sent to the Herald defended his gesture at the cathedral, saying that it, "speaks for itself." Kathy Arberg added, "He has no further comment."

The incident occurred Sunday, July 1, 2007, while Smith was covering a special Mass for lawyers, for the Boston Archdiocese's weekly newspaper. When a Herald reporter asked the justice how he would respond to those who question his impartiality as a judge, given his public worship. Smith said, "The judge paused for a second, then looked directly into my lens and said, 'To my critics, I say, 'Vaffanculo,' " emphasizing his comment by flicking his right hand up and out from under his chin.

The Italian phrase means something like, "Fuck you," in that context, so does the gesture, and also without that context. The meaning is dependent on the context and content of the discussion. In any case, the gesture, even without the language is provocative, aggressive and hostile. Herald reporter Laurel J. Sweet concurred with Smith's account, but missed Scalia's utterance of the obscenity.

In his letter, Scalia said his gesture was not obscene and that he explained it's meaning to Sweet. However, both she and Smith disagree with his version. Scalia insists the gesture meant, 'I couldn't care less. It's no business of mine. Count me out.' I don't know where he learned Italian-it means "Fuck-you," or, if followed by voi, or, more the more Romanic, Latin, tu, but even when not followed by voi or tu, it is implied, as, "Go fuck yourself!"

Scalia went on to cite a book by Luigi Barzini's, The Italians, which, however, describes a somewhat different gesture in which, the extended fingers of one hand moving slowly back and forth under the raised chin - and its meaning, is, according to Barzini, is - I couldn't care less. It's no business of mine. Count me out.' A closer meaning of THAT gesture, the one Barzini describes, is certainly a bit different from the one described by the article and the photograph. That one would be more like, "whatever!' or It is meaningless. Scalia in his letter said, "How could your reporter leap to the conclusion (contrary to my explanation) that the gesture was obscene?"

I know both gestures very well-being Italian, growing up in an Italian, Irish, Jewish neighborhood, in which sports were very important, and often led to hostilities. In that environment, the fine art of symbolism and hand gestures was never without a bevy of inventiveness, a variety of gestures and colorful language, none of which was constructed for genteel society.

There have been a variety of rather sanitized versions in translation, offered, by "experts," none, however, touch upon, the actual meaning used on the streets. The stairs of that Cathedral leads to those very streets.

I am an Italian-American Catholic. The sign and Words of Antonin Scalia (if indeed he said Vaffanculo) last Sunday on the stairs of the Cathedral of the Holy Cross, "To my critics, I say, 'Vaffanculo,'" emphasized by flicking his right hand out from under his chin, back of the hand upward, both mean the same thing, regardless of what he says they mean. They both mean FUCK YOU! -Plain and simple. If he said that, it is bad enough on the stairs of a cathedral, but it is made worse by attempting a cover-up-his defiant, contempt for the readers of the Boston Herald, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the American people. His hubris is astounding even for one whose record displays all the symptoms of one of the worst of mental deficiencies ever to plague the Planet, which he appears to share with the Pope-the symptoms of fascism. However, even this is not the worst of Scalia's life so far. He has been inadmirable, in being a scourge upon the land and bringing a black mark upon the foreheads of non-sycophants.

There is now, in America, a pervasive, radical, fascistic outlook, even overwhelmingly accepted and embraced by those who are totally unaware of it's meaning, nature, relationship to Adolph Hitler's Regime and its leadership's goals for America. However, even fascism and it's attendant Nazism, is neither the root of America's current problems, nor its future ones. No, there is an underlying force and organization, a conspiratorial reality (the only things that are not conspiratorial are "Acts of God," and even He, plans ahead. (The only folks who do not are those who fail in their efforts.).

Take for instance what most people think is part and parcel of our Constitutional reality, The FEDERAL RESERVE BANK. It is nothing of the kind. It is in fact unConstitutional and the brainchild of the overarching stretch of the gilded hands that hands Guided the construction of that Federal Reserve Act, which grew out of much research and HR bill 7837 and the Glass-Owen Bill between 1912-1913. That was a move forever placing vast amounts of interest-bearing, money into the hands of a few well placed American and Olde Money-Euro Families. Call it whatever you please, but it is and was, then the Conspiratorial, Tripartite Financial Empire, which handful of avaristic slobs, control YOUR money. NO CONSPIRACY, SOME SAY! Well they need an education. Everything is! If it were not there would not be billions passed through lobbiests to make laws in the best interests of Billionaires and corporations, which costs health, lives, and fortunes to Americans every day. It also brings us a diseased Supreme Court.

Scalia's Lifetime of Anti-Christ Behavior and His Hypocritical Claim of Catholicism
I did some research on the cases, which came before the Nuremberg Trial judges. I also traced back many of the less immediately virulent court cases-those that had more to do with class warfare, with justice, with civil rights and more. The decisions and voting record on cases which Justice Scalia has rendered compare very much in principal with those of the judges reigning in Nazi Germany and countries occupied by the Nazi's. None of the cases, in his history on the Courts, that I could find, ever found in favor of those in greatest need, -those done the greater damage, especially when they involved whistle-blowers, or personal injury, employee/employer suits, or personal freedom. Below area small sampling of how a man serving on the highest court in the land, displays neither tiniest degree of empathy, nor conscience whatsoever.

Scalia Votes and Comments In A Few Cases
"Workers can't sue under a federal job-bias law to claim they are underpaid because of gender or race discrimination that occurred years earlier..." On this issue the justices, Supreme Court voted 5-4, throwing out a $360,000 award to Lilly Ledbetter, an Alabama Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. worker who sued because for almost two decades she was discriminated against by her employers with salary which was between 15% to 40% lower than what her male counterparts earned."

"The 1964 Civil Rights Act typically gives workers 180 days from the time of the alleged discrimination to file a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The question was whether workers can claim that their most recent paychecks are affected by bias that took place outside the 180-day window."

Justice Samuel Alito writing for the majority, stated, "Current effects alone cannot breathe life into prior, uncharged discrimination,''. ''Ledbetter should have filed an EEOC charge within 180 days after each allegedly discriminatory pay decision was made and communicated to her.''" ... " Justices Antonin Scalia, Anthony Kennedy, Clarence Thomas as well as Chief Justice John Roberts joined Alito's opinion.

The last remaining female Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who sat next to Alito, read a summary of her dissent from the bench. She stated that the majority "does not comprehend, or is indifferent to, the insidious way in which women can be victims of pay discrimination.''

"Court Limits Protection Against Improper Entry." ... "Evidence found by police officers who enter a home to execute a search warrant without first following the requirement to 'knock and announce' could be used at trial despite that constitutional violation, said the Supreme Court."

Justice Antonin Scalia, Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. and Justices Thomas, Alito, and Kennedy struck the knock-and-announce rule, which dated to 13th-century England as protection against illegal entry by police into private homes, away, in the majority opinion. They said that people subject to an improper police entry remained free to go to court and bring a civil rights suit against the police."

Their hubristic opinion did touch upon what amounts to wealth discrimination. Poorer people cannot afford to sue. Further in their shortsightedness, which some call stupidity or arrogant idiocy, is the violence this might provoke. Shooting, even killing will fall mainly on the side of the victims of the break-in, because police usually wear bulletproof vests. However, some police, by well-placed shots might also be wounded or die.

Justice Stephen G. Breyer, writing for the dissenters, said the ruling, "weakens, perhaps destroys, much of the practical value of the Constitution's knock-and-announce protection." He said the majority's reasoning boiled down to: "The requirement is fine, indeed, a serious matter, just don't enforce it."

Justices John Paul Stevens, David H. Souter and Ruth Bader Ginsburg joined Justice Breyer's dissenting.

In a ruling affecting millions of government employees, The Supreme Court declared, that the Constitution does not always protect their free-speech rights for what they say on the job." "Justices Set Limits on Public Employees' Speech Rights." In a 5-to-4 decision, the court held that public employees' free-speech rights are protected when they speak out as citizens on matters of public concern, but not when they speak out in the course of their official duties."

This ruling, involved a deputy Los Angeles district attorney who claimed that he had been denied a promotion for challenging the legitimacy of a search warrant. Public workers have closely monitored the case and others by those who have concerns that it could discourage internal whistle-blowers from speaking up about police and government misconduct and inefficiency.

The case exemplifies the machinations of a model slave labor, dictatorship in which all forms of dissent and private conscience are obliterated in preparation for kangaroo arrests and courts, with no one to protect the accused. The inspiration for these blasphemies against God-given Free Will are; Adolph Hitler, Josef Stalin, Mao Tse Tung, the creators of the Spanish Inquisition, the mid-term Caesars, and Satan. Regarding Scalia's hubristic, let them sue, it is not far from another such comment, "Let them eat cake," which cost the sayer her head. For that and other such fascist thinking, it will cost people such as Scalia, more than just their heads.

The ruling is evidence not of stupid men doing things they do not understand, but of arrogant men who hate beyond comprehension and desire to take out their revenge-revenge for being born-on anyone who opposes their degenerate ways. They denigrate and hate all that is natural, God-given. They hate human sexuality, because God created it. They hate natural healing medicines because God made them and therefore they cannot profit from them. They love avarice and torture because God deplores such things. God allows man to partake and each to his own capacity, attach him to enjoying of the joys of His gifts, but God deplores dependence upon all that is caustic and unnatural.

The avaristic oppressors of all that God gifted good men are examples of fascism in action, building for a future that Adolph Hitler dreamt about, but in the last analysis, could not fully achieve.

For some who practice such evils, there is awaiting them a painfully, awful truth, because they may not even be enlightened enough to know that they are fascists, but even if they knew that they were the targets of most of Jesus' anger and resentment, I doubt they have the self-restraint to give up their evil ways.

Today, in carefully modulated, systematic bullying, and attempts to intimidate, imprison, and torture people-whether guilty or innocent-they are depriving people of their dignity and their right to redress. Fascism, supported by the avarice of Nazism, is destroying the nation most responsible for defeating the Nazi world take-over, sixty-two years ago. However, now that nation itself is succumbing to the internal threat of fascism.

Fascism in Action?
The court's latest addition, Justice, Samuel A. Alito Jr., joined Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr., Justices Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas, in voting the way of dictatorship, tore several more pages from the US Constitution. Justice Anthony M. Kennedy wrote for the court, we hold that when public employees make statements pursuant to their official duties, the employees are not speaking as citizens for First Amendment purposes, and the Constitution does not insulate their communications from employer discipline.

If, as I have been saying, these Bushites are the spiritual or philosophical reincarnations of the Hitlerite, enlightened ones can now plainly see in the size, shape and arrogance of Scalia, the Manifestation of Benito Mussolini. Retired officers, Brig. Gen. David M. Brahms, Brig Gen. James P. Cullen, Vice Adm. Lee F. Gunn, Rear Adm. John D. Hutson and Rear Adm. Donald J. Gutter were saying that Justice Scalia should recuse himself from judgments concerning combatants, because of his remarks of late, his impartiality is in question. On the eve of oral argument in a key supreme court case on the rights of alleged terrorists, a group of retired U.S. generals and admirals has asked Justice Antonin Scalia to recuse himself, arguing that his recent public comments on the subject make it impossible for him to appear impartial.

In a letter delivered to the court, a lawyer for the retired officers offered news reports of Scalia's March 8th comments to an audience at the University of Freeburg in Switzerland. Scalia reportedly said it was 'crazy' to suggest that combatants captured while fighting the United States should receive a 'full jury trial,' and rejected outright, suggestions that the Geneva Conventions may apply to detainees at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba."

The retired officers have filed a Friend of the Court Brief in the case opposing the military commissions, because denying Geneva Conventions protections to detainees at Guantanamo Bay would result in the same treatment of U.S. prisoners by enemy nations.

Alito has a court record very similar to that of Scalia. Critics are closely following the rise of an argument concerning the socialization of Antonin Scalia and Dick Cheney, during the period in which the Supreme Court considered a case, which was connected to Cheney. Scalia ate dinner with, and went hunting with Dick Cheney while the Supreme Court was considering a case concerning the vice president's "Energy Task Force." Cheney and Scalia, old friends, ate dinner out, in November, barely two months after the Bush administration asked the Justices to overrule a lower court's decision requiring the White House to identify task force members.

Scalia Tells Synagogue - Jews are Safer with Christians in Charge
While Antonin Scalia was lusting after Chief Justice position, to his later disappointment, attended an Orthodox synagogue in New York he proclaimed that Our Founding Fathers intended Christianity to play a part in government. Scalia then suggested that the reason Hitler was able to initiate the Holocaust was because of German separation of church and state.

Scalia told America's oldest Jewish congregation that, in Europe, political leaders almost never publicly mention God.

Scalia asked, "Did it turn out that by reason of the separation of church and state, the Jews were safer in Europe than they were in the United States of America?"
"I don't think so," he said answering his own question.

One writer was asking rhetorical questions concerning how could he not know that Nazi Germany was seeking a theocratic state. Such questions are useless.

Hitler knew well the power of the Disembodied Voice and the Invisible and Ultimate Authority Figure, God. Whether or not he is conscious of his blasphemy, Scalia has much in common with both Hitler and the Swiftboaters. One would think that the church, would comprehend, but perhaps they do, and do not care. Perhaps their point of view is that, a person of use may be a fascist, but he is our fascist, the enemy of my enemy is my friend.

There was a Decree concerning the Constitution of the German Protestant Church, designed in concept by Hitler and enacted, 14 July 1933, signed by Adolf Hitler. It created a theocratic State with the German Protestant Church entering an agreement in which the Reich had legal authority to ordain its clergy.

The Decree, agreement also contains a legally binding guarantee that the Reich would fund it, Should the competent agencies of a State Church refuse to include assessments of the German Protestant Church in their budget, the appropriate State Government will cause the expenditures to be included in the budget upon request of the Reich Cabinet. It further states, at a time in which our German people are experiencing a great historical new era through the grace of God. It federates into a solemn league all denominations that stem from the Reformation and stand equally legitimately side by side, and thereby bears witness to: 'One Body and One Spirit, One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism, One God and Father of All of Us, who is Above All, and Through All, and In All.'"

The chief hierarchical officer of the State Church was the Reich Bishop, Ludwig Müller a sympathetic, Lutheran pastor. Hitler knew well what Cheney, Bush, Rove and Scalia also know, the power and authority of a church is needed to fill citizens with fear of God, fear of "sinning," and of being on the wrong side. Controlling the Psyche and thereby twisting and disabling the individual conscience, replacing it with a mass-conscience, an official conscience, offenses and affronts to which, are rigidly defined by the state-staving off or condemning whistle-blowers and any who might upset the apple cart, reinterpreting the bible, or uncovering a "New Bible", one which endorses all they wish endorsed, and which makes a totalitarian government acceptable. By so doing, a man will do anything asked, and often with the initial glee of being set free from conscience-a soul, sold for so very little, which after reflection was, probably a vast overpayment.

Hitler was busy seeking any scriptural, or archeological justification for his messiahship. The movie, Indiana Jones, had at its base, factual events. A large sum was put aside for archeological digs and biblical research of sacred sites. The asking such questions apparently did not comprehend that the firm of Prescott Bush, Walker and Harriman, UBS Bank and Brown Brothers Harriman, (now under different management) lent money to Hitler from 1932-1942 and kept in escrow several millions until 1951, illegally, for a Nazi military client. He did not comprehend that some Italians, much like some Germans and Americans, were and remain, fascists, and there is no telling what lie now behind Scalia's philosophy which is, at it's most unbiased, fascist in resemblance and certainly anti-Christ-like in it's manifestation. The things he holds so dear, no matter what he says to the contrary, whether consciously or unconsciously, the things that color his unswerving Conservatism, his friendship with men whose primary motivation, is nothing but, inbred, or chosen, is a manifestation of fascism.

We all know that the standard issue belt buckles of the German army were carved with, God is with us (Gott Mit Uns) because we know that Hitler was endeavoring to enlist God in his war on the Jews and everyone else, and he wanted, dearly, the recognition of the Church, perhaps, even of God, and sought, certification from a theological source for his actions. It may well be that he wanted to be seen as the Messiah, come to bring Armageddon. In his speeches, He frequently mentioned God in support of his works.

From top to bottom, the current administration in Washington, and in corporate board rooms all over America, are at the very least practicing avaristic fascism, and many are the offspring of Nazi sympathizers. Lost in the Cold War, fight against Communism, a complete waste of time, energy and money, gave hope, cash and access to politics, to fascists of Industry, The Military Medical* Industrial Complex, (*Medical added by me.) the very thing President, General Eisenhower and General Macarthur feared for our future. This fixation allowed fascists to affirm, legitimize and spread their philosophy throughout government and soft-headed Organized Religious Groups, most of which have always been open to infusions of cash, their real god.

Those lending money to the Hun should have been exiled. Instead, they had offspring and grandchildren, whom grow up to, make cannon fodder of whoever stood in their way of the quest for Dynastic Wealth and Imperial Power. Their true motivation is covered-over by actions interpreted by the IQ-challenged, merely as men doing what they must to serve their country. However, to the enlightened, those who resisted brainwashing, they are not civil servants pledging themselves to the people and/or public "service," they are serving and helping themselves to the buffet of tax trillions, and I believe now have a lock on dynastic wealth for the next 50-100 years or more.

In 1974 and again in 1987, and finally in 1995, I said, "To lust after Dynastic wealth is far more widely damaging for a man, or men, than to lust after a thousand women, regardless of their marital status. Men don't kill and impoverish hundreds of thousands of Iraqi's, Syrians, Venezuelans, Iranians, and Americans and steal Billions over a woman or women."

My family and I foresaw, decades before, the conspiratorial plan behind an attack to unseat a Liberal President in the not so distant future, (Which turned out to be, President Clinton.) would signal the rise of fascism in the USA followed by the election of a theocratic, greed-monger for President, which backers' prime goal was to undo as much as possible of the legacy of FDR and at the same time create empire building, and oil thievery through terrorism, a fictional conspiracy, come to reality, war-Brave New World and 1984 in one package.

FDR, more than anyone else cleaned the clocks of Prescott Bush and his Nazi friends and there had to be, for the organizing fascists, the Military Industrial Medical Complex, in the hands of the same line of "Conservatives," which initiated WW II, as General-President Eisenhower and General Macarthur warned us, would overtly turn the nation into the hands of Empire Builders and the world to another World War or worse, the subjugation of all nations to The New World Order of Fascism.

My Opinion
As an aside, and as an Italian American and a Catholic, I have observed in some Italian American Catholics, a frantic need to have the public approval of a "human" "higher authority." Some psychoanalysts feel that such warped behavior usually stems from their inexcusable shame of being Italian, and a lack of real faith in God, and in them as humans and children of God. In many cases that could actually be correct, in that some like them may actually NOT be children of God, but instead, children of Satan. Scalia in particular, according to my prophetic ability, is a prime example of such a being. His hanging out with, being accepted, as a peer of Cheney is ample evidence of his weakness, and need for approval from a WASP, which he considers a higher authority than God. Moreover, his publicly displayed bad manners and arrogance, in trying like hell to make others accept his inflated self-importance, is further evidence of his massive inferiority complex which exhibits itself by abusing his peers (Chief Justice Roberts in particular, whom many see as his superior in intellect and personality).

Some people say Scalia is apparently filled with envy because his fragile ego has been damaged by the success of others, hastened by his own inferiority complex-in this case, perhaps evidenced by Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia's missing the swearing-in of Chief Justice John Roberts to attend a trivial golf outing at a Neo-con legal seminar. Stephen Gillers, the noted, New York University law Professor with a reputation as a scholar and expert in legal ethics, appears to confirm such unethical behavior in Scalia, as he commented, "It's unfortunate, of course, that what kept him from the swearing-in was an activity that is itself of dubious ethical propriety." Sounds an awful lot like envy and Jealousy to me, as well as, disrespect for his office and his superior, Roberts, especially when one considers how Scalia has disrespectfully treated Roberts since. A man of such little respect for the court and its leader is not worthy of such court. The Inferiority Complex, which Mr. Scalia appears to suffer from and encourage, is, at least, one case in which an inferiority complex is well justified.

Scalia Should Resign Or Be Replaced
In light of all that has happened, Scalia should resign or be replaced. As the U.S. Constitution, Article III, Section 1, so clearly mandates, "The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behavior...." His behavior is contrary to the conception of a Supreme Court. There is no room on the Supreme Court for those who enter with a preconceived agenda, and certainly no tone in which avarice and abusiveness is the motivating force. Cases should be heard and ruled upon by their inherent merit or lack thereof, not upon the abusive, emotional absurdities of their personalities.

Odd that he feels so vehemently about a colleague (Roberts?) who, so far, always agrees with him, wouldn't you say? In my race, emotions often run strong. In such a temperament, envy may claim a strong evil presence among some, those who have little respect for God's Will, but who claim to be "Christian," I have found.

Some allege that Scalia is a fascist, others that he is merely an admirer of Cheney and therefore, indirectly, and perhaps unconsciously or otherwise, of Hitler. It is true, however, that some Europeans, Italians included, though most rebelled against fascism by surrendering at the first opportunity once in battle, there were others, who ignoring morality adhered to Conservatism/fascism, and did admire Hitler, closing their eyes to his atrocities. Many of them came to America along with antifascist Italians and the mixed bag of other Euro-nationalities and philosophies. They both certainly would have been an influence upon their children.

I submit that Scalia's skanking about with cretins such as Dick Cheney and his publicly displayed disrespect of his superior (Roberts), his public demeanor, his damaged psyche, which is all too obvious to the enlightened and anyone of average intelligence. I cite, especially his missing of the swearing-in of Roberts as Chief Justice to attend a trivial and biased political meeting, seminar and golf outing. Such is bearing upon public disrespect or his office, envy of his colleague's success, which when added to his apparently prejudiced, premeditated, biased judgments since his appointment-his sarcasm aimed at all and sundry and specifically, his apparent attempts to stir mutiny, and disregard for his superior, Roberts, his despicable treatment of our sacred Constitution, and the rights of the downtrodden poor and middle classes-is all too obvious, joined with his avowals of adherence to a fascist point of view, whether conscious or otherwise, make him perennially a Justice wilfully practicing Bad behavior! If it is not willful, then his behavior is even as bad and it is stupid. So much do I believe this that I am going to add Scalia's portrait to those of other's whose souls are doomed, in my now famous prophetic painting, and suggest to Justice Anton Scalia, that he also, get on his knees and weep in contrition for the evils he has perpetrated in defiance of the works of Jesus by placing his Gestapo-seeming boots firmly in the faces and hopes of the very people Jesus most protected and loved. The Bushites and The Real Jesus, Rabbi Yeshua Ben Yoshua
Whether or not Jesus was a God is moot. Whether or not the gospels are accurate is moot, billions of people have been influenced for the betterment of humankind by his words and behavior. Meanwhile, many have claimed to be followers of Jesus of Nazareth, even ministers, priests, cardinals and popes, while their behavior belied their claims of Christianity.

Whether or not the "Evangelists," (The by-lines of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John were attributed pseudononymously, no one knows the real names of those who wrote the Gospels*, which were written 40-85 after the death of Jesus.) It matters not if his Mother, Mary was or was not a virgin before and after his birth or all of her life. There is no heavenly virtue in refraining from sexual contact; it is a myth perpetrated by Eunuchs, and those among the early Bestial's, homosexuals and others who could not resolve their acute sexual deviations from what, back then, was seen as the standard/norm. Nor does it matter if Jesus was himself, or not a virgin, whether or not he and Mary Magdalene were or were not lovers or spouses. All that really matters is overarching goodness of a man, miracles or not, whose life was dedicated to empathy, love and good works, without discrimination, but with emphasis on helping the downtrodden.

God or no, He was a man who cared about, "... these the least of God's creatures...." Jesus gave humans an awareness of the largesse of overturning bigotry and hypocrisy. He, whether, Christian, Catholic or Jew, overcame even his own haughtiness toward a few who were not Jews, who came to him for healing-he overcame, his Nationalism, when at first, he insulted and rudely rejected a Canaanite Woman who asked for a cure for her daughter who was "tormented by a demon...". He said to her, "It is not right to take the food of the children and throw it to the dogs." However, her rejoinder, "Please Lord, for even the dogs eat the scraps from the tables of their masters," took him aback, washing away his own inbred Nationalistic and religious defensiveness. He realized at that very moment, his hypocrisy, which became for Jesus, a thing to be despised in one sense and certainly overcome in another. In essense in that moment, his own bigotry was overcome, through self-realization.

From the rest of his life short life, thereafter, he cleansed bigotry. Thereafter all people-rich or poor, Jew, Gentile, Canaanite, or Samaritan, man, woman or child-were under his intellectual and spiritual umbrella of protection, save the hypocrite and the perpetual lover of intense avarice and violence. It is this angelic, God-like virtue that true Christian's worship, and believe that God or not, he acted in Super-human perfection in casting out his own human demons and outgrowing family and nationalistic imperfections. In so doing, he became not a great Jew, but a great Citizen of the World, nay even of the Universe.

Jesus drank and ate, and partied, with his friends, "the salt of the Earth," common folk, farmers, fishermen, even loose women, and the much hated, tax collectors. He did those things to such an extent that by his own admission; enemies labeled him a drunkard and glutton and criticized him for hanging out with prostitutes. He even seemed to take some glee in this anti-establishment status. Nevertheless, he did not harbor antipathy against all of the rich; one of his best friends was the wealthy Lazarus, who he raised from the dead, according to "John." He was also supported by and visited and healed wealthy Roman Centurion's servants, and other rich Gentiles, Jews and Samaritans, but his essential mission was physical and supportive help for the marginalized, the poor and disenfranchised and he railed against hypocritical religious leaders, businessmen and governmental officials

The legacy of Jesus was simple: do good unto all others, most especially unto those despised by pompous, sanctimonious society and the rich who were ungenerous and who profited from the ignorance and powerlessness of the less-gifted.

Jesus was no friend of The Incorrigibly Unrepentant. Therefore, the Current Pope, Pat Robertson, Joe Lieberman, Tom DeLaye, and certain other members of the Congress and White House, thousands of corporate executives, hierarchies of the Catholic, Protestant and other churches, as well as members of the Supreme Court and many others in private pursuits are now members of that vast club of those who do evil to as many others as they possibly can reach, all in the name of corporate, global success and expansionism. Their excuse? Their jobs, their livelihood, are on the line unless they do what is best for their corporation. Theirs is virtually the same cop-out used by the hierarchy of The Third Reich: they were just following orders-a falsehood to cover-up avarice, cowardice and a form of evil ages old and of the most virulent sort. It was then and is now, hypocrisy, avarice, destruction of Free Will, smothering and restraint of giftedness, which God and Jesus reviled, not human sexuality, as the hypocrites promote to divert people from their stealing of freedom and the wealth of nations and their peoples. Jesus was, at the very least, the Great Prophet, and Messiah.

The End Times For The Theocracy
My last words for today, on the theocracy, which is a hypocritical, avarice and control driven fiasco, is this: Only a pope with an underlying love of Conservatism could be drawn to fascism. Only a pope, or cardinal with a lack of testosterone would even for a moment, hesitate to excommunicate a bestial creature like Antonin Scalia. For this pope's lack of Action to protect the people of Iraq and America, and his action to twice support the election of G.W. Bush, the present pope, so lacking in enlightenment and foresight, for his endorsement of a mass-murderer, just as he did when he joined Hitler's Youth Group and went off to fight for the Anti-Christ of the 1930's and 1940's, and who now hails the Anti-Christ of the 21st Century, should himself be excommunicated, along with all of those lacking in foresight who elected him. It is so sad to see, after the ranks of decent freedom-loving Italians, surrendered at their first opportunity in WW II, in contempt of their leadership and fondness for Americans and America, "Princes of The Church," elect and support a person, who would support Fascism, with the power to annihilate the population of the world to grasp it's vast wealth. Only the demon could and would do such a thing, and in the words of Jesus, Mine know Me, and I know mine, Satan also says, Mine know me, and I know mine!

Finally, Justice Scalia believes he is a Catholic-a Christian. How he came to that absurd conclusion is beyond me. Jesus was a liberal to the conservatism of the Herodian priests and kings and the conservative Romans." It is virtually impossible to be a true Christian if one is a Conservative. Scalia is no Christian and anyone who encourages such a notion, is facing Hell in a hand basket, regardless of their meaningless Hierarchical honors within any organized religion.

A colleague of mine said that, "Justice Scalia was apparently given encouragement that acting like a hubristic bore, a pig, and a Nazi, makes one holy. What he truly acts like is a sycophantic, whore, bought and sold to do evil to those disenfranchised, the marginalized and the empathetic, the very people Jesus most cherished."

I corrected his zeal by saying that at least with a prostitute, there is no intent to harm and those with which she interacts, leave with a smile on their faces. Ask how many Iraqi's are smiling. Ask how many American troops and their parents are smiling. Ask those imposed upon in the most ruthless ways and means, and whom came to Scalia's courts for relief are smiling. My colleague replied that, all things considered, he too, preferred the Prostitute to Scalia, and on second thought added that he is not good enough to be a prostitute let alone a Judge of our highest Court. His Ultra-Conservative decisions, in principle and philosophy, closely paralleled those of Nazi Judges, tried at Nuremberg.

Those within the Church who have encouraged his behavior have a lot to learn about God, as does Scalia. Unfortunately, neither he nor they have much time, regardless of their age, to learn it, he in particular, because a crossroads will soon loom-up before the Supreme Court and in that twain, the decision will either cast some of them into chaos, or set them on the road to revivification. I think the former will occur and the latter will not, but I pray for their sake and those of our people and our Sacred Documents, that they wake up, before a horror such as the world has never seen, is unleashed by the demoniacs who gave them power.

Were you Justices Alito, Roberts and, Scalia-especially, Scalia, wouldn't you fall down on your knees and repent, and soon, spending what little time is left, to undo the damage which has been done by their fascistic decisions, don't you think, given the vagaries of life? Quickly, now or sooner, but maybe even as far into the future as soon after the next election, one of them may entertain an Angelic Visitor, at the request of Almighty God-a visitor, (perhaps the very one which visited Mr. Fallwell on May 15th 2007), which will impress upon them what the U.S. Constitution, Article III, Section 1, so clearly mandates, "The Judges, both of the Supreme and Inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behavior...." and thereby end the error of his ways. I shall, against my desire, pray for their conversion/enlightenment, in the meantime, even though I prefer the philosophy of Tyrone Power's young nobleman, Pedro De Vargas, (but not his actions), in the film, Captain from Castile, letting the hypocrite go to his end defiling, and blaspheming. Unfortunately, I am by my commission, sworn to pray for a creature I disdain, and to by those prayers sustain and protect him (Scalia, though why God gave me him to protect is barely comprehensible.)... well at least until after the next election.

Meanwhile, were I the Congress, I would begin to look closely at the U.S. Constitution, Article III, Section 1, which so clearly mandates, "The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behavior...."
DURING GOOD BEHAVIOR! That is enough to recall or impeach, as he stands at the moment.
