(Go to Church, get a child for your sexual perversions!! This parasite pharisee religion tells you what's wrong with America, but they refuse to stop attacking and raping children. This religion IS what's wrong with America. Until the 'good' and non-hypocrite Christians unite for truth and righeousness, then they are all guilty of these crimes against humanity)

100-plus Montanans join priest abuse case

Missoula, Mont. » Attorneys representing people who contend they were sexually abused by Jesuit priests in the Northwest say more than 100 Montana residents have come forward to make claims.

The Oregon Province of Society of Jesus, which covers Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Idaho and Montana, filed for bankruptcy protection last year. The order said its finances were threatened by more than $25 million paid in previous legal cases to victims of sexual abuse by priests.

Seattle attorney Tim Kosnoff, who is representing victims, says that more than 100 of the roughly 500 claims filed before the Nov. 30 deadline came from Montana.

Kosnoff says his firm also found evidence that will lead to lawsuits against other dioceses and the U.S. government.

A Joliet priest that appeared to attempt suicide by jumping off a church balcony is accused of sexually abusing a St. Charles child.

The Rev. Alejandro Flores, 37, on Wednesday, jumped off the 20-foot choir balcony St. Mary’s Carmelite Church in Joliet, which is no longer in use, police said.

Two days earlier, St. Charles police received reports that Flores sexually abused a St. Charles child and referred the information to the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office, according to St. Charles police spokesman Paul McCurtain.

No charges have been filed and Flores has not been arrested. He reportedly remains hospitalized, but his condition was unclear Friday.

State’s Attorney John Barsanti said his office is investigating Flores, but could not offer additional comment.

Flores, who is a native of Bolivia, was ordained in June and was the parochial vicar of Holy Family Parish in Shorewood. Prior to that he served as a deacon at St. Elizabeth Seton in Naperville.

He was placed on administrative leave this week after a St. Charles family alleged that he had abused their 13-year-old son, according to a statement from Diocese of Joliet Bishop J. Peter Sartain. The boy and his family were not parishioners of the Shorewood church, he said.

As part of that leave, Sartain removed Flores’ rights to perform sacraments or dress as a priest, and alerted the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services.

On Wednesday morning, church officials filed a missing person report with Joliet police when they couldn’t find Flores, according to a diocese spokesman.

Tips from other priests led officials to St. Mary’s, where they found Flores.

Diocese officials say they are cooperating with the investigation and that no other allegations of abuse involving the priest had surfaced.

Sartain said he was “saddened beyond words” about the allegations and what he deemed an attempted suicide.

“I have been deeply grieved for the young boy whose family reported the abuse and for the entire family, and my prayers for them have not ceased,” Sartain said in a statement. “This added tragedy compounds what was already a great sorrow and I ask you to join me in fervent prayer.”

Chilean Priest, Girlfriend, Charged with Abuse of Minors

A Catholic priest and his girlfriend were accused of soliciting sex from young teenage girls this weekend. Reverend Ricardo Muñoz, 55, was arrested Tuesday and charged with sexually abusing three girls aged 14, 16, and 17, one of whom later bore his child, investigators said on Wednesday.

Pamela Ampuero Escobar, 33, the mother of two children previously fathered by Muñoz, has also been charged with soliciting the sexual services of the minors.

Muñoz found the youths with the help of Ampuero in August, 2008, who was then caring for them at their home in town of Curacavi near Santiago. Muñoz visited the house of his victims up to three times a week, offering the girls as much as US $90 in exchange for sexual favors, taking them to a series of motels located in the West of the city.

One of the victims also became pregnant and later bore his child, who is now 4 years old, said prosecutor Cristian Caceres.

According to investigator Jaime Graffigna, Ampuero photographed pornographic images of the three minors and later sent Muñoz the pictures over the Internet.

None of the accusations were reported to the police before the story appeared in the newspaper.

The priest remained silent as he was taken from jail to the court on Wednesday. The public defender assigned to the case entered a plea of not guilty. If found guilty, Muñoz could face a 15-year sentence.
The Catholic bishop in Melipilla, Enrique Troncoso, said he was deeply embarrassed and shocked by the report and vowed to launch an investigation. Muñoz was suspended from his duties as a priest. Muñoz served in Melipilla, 40 miles (70 kilometers) northwest of Santiago.
